Word of the Week

(use it in a sentence, leave it in a comment!)

awkward

[awk – werd]

adjective

difficult to deal with; requiring tact; embarrassing

He’s a very awkward customer, not only is he very picky but he’s quite rude too.

We were just talking about Maria when she walked into the room without us noticing, you can imagine how awkward it was when we realized she’d heard absolutely everything we said.
